Slipknot are gearing up to release a collection of new puzzles depicting the cover art of their first three albums.
Due for release in May, the iconic artwork from their 1999 self-titled debut album, 2001 follow-up ‘Iowa’ and ‘Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses)’ will arrive as 500-piece puzzles in boxes from the vinyl size.
The eponymous and ‘Vol. The 3’ puzzles will feature the original cover art for each, but for ‘Iowa’ the band chose to share the original album edition.

Earlier this week, Slipknot’s Shawn “Clown” Crahan revealed he’s been feeling creative during the pandemic, hinting he’s been writing new music for the band.
The percussionist and backing vocalist said in a new interview that he’s been working freely with Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor on new material in his basement where “nobody tells us anything.”
“I became very creative. I created – how many [pieces of music]? I will not tell. Because then the costumes and all the stupid people, they want to bother me. When I say ‘stupid people,’ I mean they’re actually really smart,” Clown told Terry “Beez” Bezer of Knotfest.comit’s Mosh talks with Beez.
Meanwhile, the 2021 Inkcarceration Music & Tatoo festival lineup has been revealed with Slipknot, Rob Zombie and Muvayne headlining.
The three-day event will take place September 10-12 at the Ohio State Reformatory, a former prison made famous in the film The Shawshank Redemption.
